Allright mate heres some tips for you

Send your letter of request in a normal sized envelope along with an envelope with your address on it (SAE) inside the envelope you sent with your letter to freddie. Also include an INTERNATIONAL RESPONSE COUPON to allow for freddie to get stamps to send to you. You can buy these at many post shops. Send all this to his address in the database. You should be able to send your letter in the normal post (why do you think you cannot, i send all my letters with New Zealand post it works fine)

Actually I understand but still I want to ask some more questions and query,
So u mean that I have to write my letter to Freddie and include it in the envelope with international response coupon do I have to keep that inside the envelope,
And .. sorry I look little bit stupid cause am new in the site..
I really need to understand I want to get Freddie signature,
So I can buy the international coupon from which posts
We have in UAE for example DHL, IMPOST, aramex so is that coupon available there..

This is a general guideline which might help you:
How to send your fan mail and autograph requests to Freddie Highmore?:

If you want to request an autograph, follow the guidelines bellow. If you just want to mail a letter with the address above, and do not want anything back, then you can stop reading! If you live in UK send a properly stamped and self addressed envelope (minimum size 8.5" x 4") with your request letter and a photo. You can include a piece of cardboard to keep the photo from bending in shipping and also add "Do Not Bend" on the envelopes. Send your letter and wait. On average, there is going to be a 3+ month wait for a response. If you do not live in UK, add several* International Reply Coupons. The International Reply Coupons (IRC) will be used by the receiver to purchase english stamps. You can only get them at your post office. Place the IRCs into the envelope, not on it.
