I received this autograph a few months ago. i haven't a clue who it is. Any ideas. It was in the UK

I didn't request an autograph of someone I don't know. I send off about 50 requests a month. All I can assume is that my return envelope got mixed up in someone elses mail, probably at an agency and someone just stuck their autograph in and put it in the post.
I wonder if it's just a tea boy at some agency
