Hello, i know im kinda double posting here but noone seems to be replying on the other threads so i just thought ill start a fresh ;)

Some questions here:

1) Im sending to a concert thats on the 4th November. What date do you think i should send my letter if its with a 1st class stamp?
2) Do shephards bush empire pass on fanmail?
3) Do manchester apollo pass on fanmail?
4) Do The Feeling accept fanmail vv?

By the way before anyone asks, i have emailed the venues but they havent replied in about 3 working days so :S

Okay, I think you can send your request something like one week before the show (it's what I do when I send a request to a concert in my country) to be sure it would arrive in time .
So, about the places :

If the other ones didn't reply to your emails, you may try to phone them... You may get someone directly who would reply to your question...

You live in the U.K, so I presume that the 30th October should be an alright date to send your request off.

I presume they do, but I would phone or email them first to find out.

4) Do The Feeling accept fanmail vv?

I'm sure I've seen a success or two for them. With VV you'll never know if you don't try!
