I'v got a 7.5x10 photo and a 9.5x13 envelope can I send thise photo? I mean there's kind of a rule for the photo size or I can send any photo size I want as long it fits the envelope?

You can send any size photo as long as you have a return envelope (SASE) that the photo will fit into.

It's perfectly fine to send a 7.5"x10" photo in a 9.5"x13" envelope.

Whenever you send out any photo, remember to:

1. Make sure the photo that you're sending fits in your return envelope
2. Make sure you include enough postage (stamps or IRC's) to have the photo and SAE returned to you.

Yeah. You can send any size photo you want, but a self addressed stamped envelope with the correct amount of postage. But remember you always take the risk of not having your picture returned when you send it to a celeb.

I totally agree!!

I've never sent out pictures, hoping that I would get a professional one, but you can send any size. Like Kelly said, I wouldn't recomend sending one that you bought for alot of money, especially since some celebrities don't even use your photo!!
