I was wondering where you can buy IRCS online???i want to send to multiple people in the UK but can not find any IRCS online for sale.

You have to buy them in a post office. If your post office doesn't sell them, I'm not sure what to tell you on that.

However, if you want to buy something online, i suggest you go to the Royal Mail site and buy some British stamps - even with the exchange rate it will save you a lot of money in the long run. Plus you'll be able to write to a lot more people for pretty much the same cost as 10 IRC's.
