Do you think I have less possibilities to get a response by using a postcard instead of a envelop??

Perhaps in some cases - as you can't include pictures/SASE. I don't know though...Have never thought about it!

From the 40's to the 70's (and maybe even later) signed government postcards were a popular thing to get signed. You don't need a "SASE" because your address will already be on the postcard. I have many older baseball players on these in my collection. The best part about these cards is that the date is postmarked on them. You have proof of when it was signed.

I wouldn't recommened that as the secetary might simply think it is a gift for the celeb- and sort it out from the autograph request pile. That's just my thoughts though ;)

The main issue you'll have with sending postcards is that you can't include a SASE or any form of payment for return postage (e.g. IRC's).
This may lower your chances of a reply. But other than that, there's always the chance you'll get a reply.
