Hey everybody,

I'm sorry if I've posted this message on the incorrect section of this board, but I've never written to anyone and I need help. I'm looking to write to some of my favorite tennis players this coming week, but I was wondering if there should be certain things I should include. For instance, I planned on inserting a letter with a photo of the player. But, what type of packaging should I put the letter in? Should I include extra postage? Most of these letters will be going out to different countries (e.g. Finland, Switerland, Germany, etc), so I don't know if I should include anything else.

One of the players I want to write to is Stanislas Wawrinka. His address is:

c/o IMG Management
31-33, rue du Temple
75004 Paris
France

My mom said I should probably put his name above the "c/o IMG Management" line. What do you guys think?

Any advice and help is greatly appreciated. Thanks guys.

They will Not know who the letter is for and anyone will open it- ALWAYS put the name- no questions asked

So, if I put his name there, it will make sure it only goes to him rather than some random person opening it?

You should ALWAYS put the name of the person you are writing to, if you just put the management, it could be for anyone there...

Using the address you gave, this is what should be on the front of your envelope:

Stanislas Wawrinka
c/o IMG Management
31-33, rue du Temple
75004 Paris
France

For the contents of your main envelope (the one with the celebrity's name), typically, you should include a LOR (letter of request), a SAE (self addressed envelope) and some IRCs (international reply coupons) OR an SASE (a self stamped addressed envelope). And, this is optional, some picures for her to sign.

**NOTE** if you include an SASE you don't need to include any IRCs or an SAE. If you send an SAE you can include some IRCs.

I hope this helped and I hope it made sense lol I got confused writing it.
