btw if I couldn't send a sase or an IRC I woud send some money cash (2/3 bucks) or just a letter in wich I would explain that since we don't live in the same country I couldn't find the way to buy an american stamp.

If IRCs are available, then send a few instead of cash. And it doesn't matter where you live, the currency depends on where you're sending to because the Taylor Swift address is in the US, you can send 2-3 dollars that's what I meant, but if you are able to get IRCs then you should send that instead.

IRC's are 95p each. You can buy them from your local Post Office and I always send 2 IRC's in a letter to the USA.
