IRC's
When I write to a Canadian addy do I send IRC's? Is there a site on the web where I can order like a book of IRC's because my post office didn't have a clue what I was talking about and said if I sent something to the UK it would take 63 days. Is this normal? Help!

Yes, as London Bombings Charity said, you would need to enclose 1 or 2 IRC's if you wish to pre-pay the return postage.
I had the same problem at my local Post Office in the UK when I first wanted to get some IRC's. You might find you need to ask for International Reply Coupons, or explain you wish to pre-pay the return postage - they should finally get what you are talking about!!!!
No, 63 days is not normal to the UK, unless you are sending via Surface Mail (land and boat in otherwords) which can take up to 3 months. What you need to ask for is AIRMAIL which costs slightly more, but takes around 5-7 days max (sometimes sooner).
I hope this helps!

IRC's are definately available in the USA, but it sounds like you have a particularly unhelpful post office there!!!
