Hey,

I was wondering, I did a letter with a frame, it's only like 13 lines so it's like half a page. I cut the other half and I cut the frame letter (it's an animated frame). I mean I sent my letter with the animeted frame part.
So my question is if that is ok to cut my letter or I have to send an A4 letter (it's a half of an A4 page) ?

I have sent some letters that have been cut, and so far all of them have come back. I dont think it matters if it is cut or not.
