When a celeb changes agents or gets new agents, Does their current address for fanmail change or do they stick with the same agency and the address doesn't change? Thanks.

If they change agents completely, then the new agency would be the address to write to, as the old agents would not deal with them anymore.

Hope that helps,

Robert. {up}

Another Question relating to the topic: If they changed agents/address would you get a RTS if you sent it to the old address before the change over or would it be forward to the new one? Also how would find out the new address? Thanks a bunch!

I sent to Hilary Duff and never got a reply (I sent THREE CD booklets ) because she switched agencies :(

The mail I believe gets Discarded. I do not think they forward it.
BEFORE THE CHANGE? I think the star would finish fanmail then switch.

That would really depend on person to person or agency to agency. {up} Sometimes they just throw away the mail when the celebrity changes from agency or the agency moves, but other times they would still forward it to the correct/current address for a limited time. {thumb2} For example, when the UK agency PFD split in two and formed United Agents, they still forwarded (for example) Keira Knightley's mail (which was sent to PFD) to the new United Agents address for a few months. So it really depends on the type of agreement they have with each other.

Good luck,
