Buying Stamps from the USA - from the UK

Hello all and thanks for your help,

For many months, whilst sending requests to the USA, I have included 2 - 3 IRC's at a cost of £1.90 which is about $2.70.
Every parcel I have received back has cost only $1.84 or had two 94c stamps placed upon it. - which is a big saving when your sending sixish a week!
How can I purchase USPS stamps here in the UK, at their correct price?

Hi Cal,

You can purchase USA stamps from the USPS site, by going HERE
Just search for the kind of stamps you'd like to purchase and I'm pretty sure they will send to the UK.
This link will tell you exactly how much you are required to put on your SASE once you have purchased USA stamps.

Or if that doesn't work, often there are members more than happy to sell others stamps from their desired country, so you could check out the "Autographs for sale/exchange" forum. Or put in your request for USA stamps in the "Wanted" section.

If I'm not wrong it's no longer possible to buy US stamps from foreign countries.
If I were you I would buy them from a user of this forum.

You can PHONE the USPS and order the stamps that way. Then they will send internationally, but you can't order them off the website unless you're in the US.
