Hi masumi,

I believe (even though it's a bit of a wait, but that's a part of the game) that you'll have a better chance if you send to his UK address! He does reply with sometime and you probably have a better chance sending there than to Canada. Plus, the "New Moon" address will not be posted at anytime so in saying that you're better off sending to the UK OR his USA agency.

As the above posters said, you can try the UK address. However, if you happen to have the "New Moon" set address, feel free to try that too. But his Uk agency address seems to be the more "reliable" one for now, but be prepared to wait.
