Hi there ;)

1) Upload your photo onto the computer
2) Go to www.photobucket.com and sign up
3) Click upload and then upload your photo from your machine
4) Once its uploaded hover over the picture and click the IMG link.
5) Copy that link and place it in a topic/post

Alternatively if its just a single picture.
1) Go to www.imageshack.us
2) Click browse and select your picture.
3) Click upload
4) Copy the link

You can also use http://www.image-fast.com {thumb2} . Upload a picture, then copy one of the code for forums and paste it into your post.

Actually it's really doesn't matter what website you use for uploading your pics. You've just have to type [img](link)[/img] to post it up here! Hope it'll be helpful to you.
