Problem with the stamps

I've got a big problem because I'm from Spain and here I can't buy International Reply Coupons. I used to buy american in The US Postal Store but now they don't accept international requests anymore. Where can I buy American stamps or IRCs on the Internet????? Thanks a lot!!!

You can buy IRC's at your post office, alternatively you can purchase US stamps over the phone from the US postal service, the number is on their website.

In the place where I live they don't sell IRCs. Do you think I can purchase US stamps by the phone? In the web they don't allow me as I am from Spain...

Yes, you can order US stamps by phone for international orders.
