Global Forever Stamps Question

I have a question about the Global Forever Stamps for the 1 ounce envelope:
I'm from the USA so if I put one on the mail going to the celebrity, would it be alright to put it on my SASE? Pretty much I'm asking it for Global Forever Stamps work both ways: to the foreign country and then back to the USA.
If anyone has any clue about this, it'd be greatly appreciated! Thank you
