If I send a letter to a cast member from Lost would they still get it?? Does anyone know when they stop filming??

I am not sure about that. But I've seen success from them not long ago. You may try to search those posts. Also, you may try to write to the cast's agency company. Sometimes it will work

Hi,
I'm pretty sure that the tapings of the next season are over, and the actors are having a break; so I wouldn't send a request now (that would be a waste of stamps
).
You can try with the secondary addresses on the database or you can
wait a few months...

Yes it is over but i believe that their fanmail is sent to them.I have recieved successes from them all year around.
