One IRC from China could change how much postage??

One IRC from China could change how much postage in USA??

is it enough for the celebrity to send back the small and very light envelope with one photo??

hi Lila,

I guess you don't quite understand what IRC is. When you send out your IRC, the reciever can exchange for a basic postage that can cover the return of the letter. So if your envelope is of normal size and only contains 1-2 autographs, 1 IRC should be enough. But if you use some cardboard to strengthen the envelope, than better to include 2.

Yes as takying said 2 is better than 1. You never know, the celeb could send any uneccessery postage back to you {thumb2}

I don't use IRCs very much but I did some checking and this is what I understand. In the US when you redeem an IRC, you get the current international price (currently 0.94) which is enough to mail a letter overseas that weighs one ounce or less. One photo should weigh less than an ounce--as long as it is a small one, not the large ones.
