you just need a decent photo editing program, I have a pretty good one called photo explosion that can make great cards

Like jdp3577 said - You need a program such as photo explosion or photoshop. That's how I would do it...

I have heard from other members that Adobe Photoshop is the best option. I have seen some really great custom cards made that way.

You can also use Paint Shop Pro.
There's another great (and free) program called The Gimp - it's very similar to Photoshop and it's free.

PhotoFiltre is also a great program for making these, it's similar to The Gimp and it comes free, not like Adobe Photoshop, for which you have tu pay usually.

If you are choosing to get Adobe Photoshop....make sure that your computer works well(is fast). It is a large program and makes large files....
i'm just telling you from experience, that if your computer already runs slow, find a different program.
