A5 Envelopes -

Unread post by JamesLarden »

- Is it ok to send a SASE that is A5, with one UK 1st class stamp? I have done this for a few people, as the photos that are sent back don't weigh much.

Thanks! James {thumb2}

Yes that should be fine, that's mostly what I use. If you are including cardboard backing making it 'unbendable' or lots of photos etc you might want to consider using a large stamp. But, yeah, it'll be alright. :)

Yes thats perfectly fine. Its also ok to use 2nd class stamps on A5 envelopes which is what I use. Any bigger than A5 you must use 1st class {up}

I would say that an A5 envelope containing up to three photos and one sheet of ordinary card, would be fine with one normal stamp!

If the envelope is any bigger/has more than three photos, you would have to use a large stamp!

Yes that's what I do. An A5 SASE with a 2nd class stamp, LOR and one picture, always works for me {thumb2}
