Hi InFlames :) ,

If you send a SASE it needs to have stamps from the country it will be sent from. Your countries stamps only work in your country.
Sending a SASE increases your chances of getting a reply, some celebs are kind enough to respond with people who send SAEs or just letters. If you can't get IRCs or that countries stamps, you can try sending some money to pay for postage, which is better then sending nothing at all {thumb2} .

Well, the money would of course have to be converted into that country's currency so they can pay for it. But money is the best idea, just get some money in their currency, and send it if you ever have requests to that country. ;-)

It's easier than driving out of town to get stamps everytime. In my opinion of course. {up}

Some people on here are trading or selling IRC's so you could have a look.

Hope this has helped {thumb2}

I've read sending money is actually illegal, so be careful about it. I don't know if it's so in every country. though, but I think in the US it is.
