Sheet Protector Question?

Okay so the Sheet Protectors (covers) I use in my binder are Avery Poly-Vu. I have had these since April 2008, when I first started collecting.

Anyway, I have a question, what is Poly-Vu? I never thought about it. Is it bad? And are Avery Poly-Vu sheets acid/PVC free? I'd really like to know, because if I'm using bad sheets then I'd like to get rid of them and change them now, rather than when I find out the hard way.

Please let me know!

I have Avery Poly-Vu. I still have the packaging and it does indeed say "acid-free" on the front.

yep, I have some of them too. They are acid-free no worries.
