IRC'S? Canada?

Well I went to the post office today to send my two letters to Chris Evans and Michael Cera, and they are currently filming in Canada. The post guy told me that they didn't sell IRC's there, and the closest post office that sells them is 45 minutes away, and I'm not going to drive that far for that. And the guy refused to help me, he said I have to contact the people I'm sending these letters to, and ask them how I can send it to them.
Is there any other way I can send this?
Like, this is my first time sending out of the country.. So can I send like, the letter with a US stamp and just put like, 2 dollars or something in the envelope so they can buy stamps? Or should I just send the SAE without a stamp? Since it's going via venue...
Please help!

Hey,
Don't put US stamps on your return postage...It won't work.
Go to this site....

I order the 98 cent (canadian) stamp booklet. That works for a first class letter from Canada to the US. The $1.65 one might be used for larger envelopes. Their is a chart that will tell you what you need.
Don't order it online. Find the 800 number and call them. Tell them you are calling from the US and want to order. It took about a week to get my stamps and their is no shipping charge.
Good luck!

You can trade or buy IRCs and stamps with a member on here. If you cant then include some money, i'm sure that will be fine but i dont think you have a greater chance of getting a reply than if you sent stamps.
Good luck {thumb2}

As it's via venue that you are sending it's best if you can include an SASE, but if that isn't possible you can always trade IRCs on the forum or even stamps. If you were to send money it should be well concealed and of the currency of the country you are sending to. {thumb2}
Good luck with your request - hope you hear back!

When sending VV it is better to include a SASE.
You can try trading or buying IRC's and stamps with a member here.
If you cant just include a few dollars ($2 or $3)
Hope this has helped {thumb2}

I would include 2 US dollars as it costs 1.98 for a large envelope or .98 cents for a regular sized envelope. It should be no problem!
