Vox Inc? What's the scoop???

Anyone know the situation with Vox Inc? I have read that they don't forward the mail to their clients so sending autograph requests there is a waste of time? Anyone have any input on this please?????

I never recieved an answer when I used the VOX address for an actor/actress.
