Okay, How long in advance do i need to send it?
I send mine 6 days in advance, 2nd class

Should I write, hold for *** on the envelope?
Yes write the date in the ***. Put this in the bottom right hand corner of your envelope

Do I send a SASE?
Yes its best

Do you think they will have their own pics? Or should I send some? lol
I think its best you send your own pictures VV as they wont usually have pictures on them

Also, is there a list anywhere that says which venues pass on fanmail, and what not?

It depends. If you're sending to a theater or movie set, it doesn't need to be sent in advance. Just send it while it's filming. But, if it's a concert, send it a week or two in advance.

If you're sending to a concert, yes. I write 'Note to *Venue Name*: Please hold for *Celebrity Name* Concert on *Date*' on the envelope. Also, address it to the celebrity, too.

Yes, they will rarely have their own stamps and envelopes. An SASE is best to send.

You should definately send at least one. Same thing as an SASE, they will rarely have their own pictures with them.

Yes, there is! You can view it under Via Venue Feedback. It doesn't have every venue in every country though, so if there's one you want to write to that's not on there, please email the venue.

As has been said: it is very important to include an SASE, as the recipient isn't likely to be stopping around the venue for long and so won't have time to get stamps etc. It is good to include something to be signed, yes. {thumb2}

i have never sent a sase and have been successful, so it's optional, if its a big item you should if it just a letter or trading card then you can choose.
