Need help on sending via venue

I'm sending fanmail via venue but I wanna know how early and/or when to send it. The artist is going to be there on Oct.6 and is only going to be there for one day.Any help is great thanks!

If you live in the UK i send mine 6 days in advance 2nd class. Aim your letter to get there around 3 days before they perform

I send my letters about 5 days before the artist is due to preform
