Two Questions?

1. I've been storing my autographs in plastic toploaders and keeping them inside a lockbox, which is locked in a filing cabinet. I haven't had any problems with humidity or moisture in the two years that I've been using it for this. I live in the northeast, where we only get a month or two of humid days during summer, so I'm guessing that helps. My lockbox is fire and waterproof, but does advise not to store firearms, jewlery, photographs or medications, inside due to the moisture in the fireproof box design. I'm not overly concerned about theft or flooding. I'm just wondering what else to store them in that will protect them from fire? Any suggestions are very much appreciated.
2. How do I get/determine postage on a SASE from Europe, back to the US? Once again, any suggestions are very much appreciated.
