Printing HQ Photo's from my laptop?!

Unread post by melissa-lou »

I have always printed my photo's myself. But I have never scaled my pictures to any particular sizes like 4x6 or 8x10, just made them A4 or A5, whatever took my fancy.
I think I will start doing that to make them more professional but I don't know how? Is there a way I can do that from my computer and how?

Thanksss

+ I think this is the right forum. Apologies if it's not.

To be honest, If you going for quality It's best to have them printed at a photo lab. {thumb2} They use special photo paper and specially designed Inks that don't fade or discolor over time like regular home printers do. Plus the ink from the pen/sharpie tends to adhere better to the photo lab photos than ones than the home printer type. {thumb2} And they don't cost all that much. here in the USA a 4x6 is .25 each. if you go over 15 they reduce the price.

Hope this helps!
