How to do a SASE

Hello,

I live in Ontario Canada. When I went to the post office to get stamps for my SASE with American Stamps as the letter is being mailed there.

The post office has informed me they no longer sell american stamps and can not guess what the return postage would cost.

Does anyone have any help they can provide me on how to move forward with this?

I would still like to be able to send to the States but if I can not do a SASE I worry my mail may not be returned.
