since irc's are really expensive here, would it alright if i attach one IRC with each letter along with a sae?

i live in china, and i would like to send to football players in england and germany as well as celebs in the states.

Personally, I would send two just to be certain. 1 might not be enough, but if you are willing to take the risk they may come back.

how big of envelopes require a min of 2 IRC's?
im wondering how i can mange the size of my envelope and the sase...
