Autograph Folder?

Hello! I have just stumbled upon a folder to keep my autographs in, but the problem is, it doesnt describe what type of sleeves the sleeves are. I know from reading on here, they are meant to be acid-free etc. Is there anyway I can tell if this is acid-free just by looking at it? The folder is the kind you would get in any supermarket- a big black binder, fluorescent see-through cover, with 20 sheets in between.

I'm not actually sure how you tell the difference, but I'm pretty sure that most binders with sleeves already in them, will not be acid free, as they're not as easy to find on their own as the normal sleeves, so I can't see them being in binders, especially if it doesn't tell you it's acid free wallets.

If they are pvc-free, they are most likely also acid-free. {up} The way to check if they are pvc-free is to smell the sleeves. If the sleeves have no odor they are pvc-free. If the sleeves have a strong plastic smell they are probably made of pvc which will damage your photo's.
