should i risk sending my one of one plate card to marc bulger? reply quickly!

If the plate card is worth money or valuable to you, you may want to hold off since the last feedback received from him was a few years ago. What I personally would do is see if you get a response first and then if you do and you feel comfortable enough, send your plate card.
