Local Athletes or Celebrities

Is there a way to check to see local celebrities/athletes that live close to you or say in the same state? I found a few just randomly because of the formers team they played on, but is there a folder or something on here, or a site? So, if you live in IL, list the celebrities with an IL address or athlete with an IL address.
