Hi amy123,
I have never seen a Jonas Brothers or Beyonce success VV. If you tried them, unfortunately you'd have a very slim chance of getting anything back.
However, multiple people have gotten Taylor VV. It looks like on her current tour, she hasn't been signing at any US venues. She probably just adds the US VV to her regular fanmail to go through later.
I did try her a month or so back, and got nothing back. But, I hopefully will later. With Taylor it may be worth a try, but I wouldn't waste your time and money on JB and Beyonce. :neutral:
