MSG is such a big place that I doubt whoever is in charge of the mail has the authority to give it to someone with the performer.

Really? not a VV success from there....I plan to send my request to Britney Spear in this venue later in August, i guess i should choose another city then...

Do they mean they can pass on fanmails, if the artists are willing to reply them.....
