Hi people. I was wondering how I can be a Trainee Moderator? I did the application thingy on user groups and I waited for about 2-3 weeks, and got no reply back.. So I was wondering if anyone knows how to do it?

The best thing to do is just keep being helpful WITHOUT being a TM. That is what the Mods are looking for: glory seekers don't last long.

As for the procedure: the Mod's set up a poll to see if other mods think the person is TM material. All the Mods vote: is the person helpful, respectful, a good member, etc. Then we let the member know the decision.

All the positions are filled for now as far as I know.
