Whats A Good Venue to Write To?

im going to write to Taylor Swift VV,
but i dont know which venue i should write too,
one in the States by the way,
i was thinking of writing to the Madison Square Gardens in New York,
but someone told me that the venue rarely passes on fanmail,
is that true?
