You could try checking Kristen's feedback and see what everyone else is getting (http://www.fanmail.biz/feedback/Kristen_Stewart.html). From what I can tell, it seems people are just getting autographs.

Hi Elodie-11, Kristen Stewart usually replies Through The Mail, but it is sort of hard to get her autograph since she is like a mega star now. It never hurts to try thought! {thumb2} Good luck! -Nicole-
