Can I send only IRC to France? (Clemence Poesy)

Hi!
I have got a little problem.. I'm going to send LOR and photos to Clemence Poesy (FRANCE).
I don't know what items I must send: only IRC, only SASE or IRC with SASE? In other pages people says that they must send both items but they weren't sure if the stamp can be used for international postage. I don't know, what they mean.. ?

Hiya!

You'll need to send your LOR, photo (optional) an SAE and IRCs. An SAE is just a self addressed envelope and the IRCs enclosed will be exchanged by Clemence for stamps. :razz: You'll need 1 IRC per 20g. Feel free to post any more questions you may have.

probably at least 2 IRC. i just sent to her as well but am quite concerned becuase current IRCs expire in December and Clemence has a habit of taking a long time like at least a year. good luck
