i want to send to someone VV the concert is on 9/5/09 it takes 3 days to get there...when is a good date to send out the letter? also do i just write PLEASE HOLD FOR " " that's all?

I would suggest a week in advance. You want it to arrive 2 or 3 days before the concert really. Writing "Please hold for ARTIST on 9/5/09" will suffice
