Is he just weird about what he signs?
I remember reading awhile back that if you send him a picture he'll sign it? I sent to him awhile back, with a SASE and a photo, and I got a PP back. Does it have to be a certain picture?

He's just weird about what he signs. He is a hit and miss kinda guy . Try him again. I think a sincere letter and a photo will do the trick with him.

what do you mean by sincere letter?
I'm printing off a photo on high quality photo paper, maybe that'll help? Also in my last letter I just said what I like about him, what I think made him a good president. Is that not good enough?

Just be nice to him and ask questions and try again. He is weird about what he signs.
