how much will it cost to mail somthing from the US to Canada.
When its just the 9x12 envelope and 2 pictures.
How Many Us Forever Stamps Will i need?
And Is there a stamp in the US designed for International purposes? or a such thing as a .98 stamp?

There is a 0.98 stamp, but to Canada a small envelope is 0.75 (there is a stamp for that too ). A 9X12 envelope with 2 photos will be at lest 2 ounces which is 1.29 (about 3 forever stamps) 3 ounces will be you will need 1.55.
