In Person Question?

Not that it really matters, but I thought I should just say that I'm not incredibly new or anything. I've been on this forum before (forgot my username and password), though I don't have much autograph collecting experience, which is why I'm here (:
I'm going to this Disney Expo and you have to pay to get in, though it's not super expensive. It's said that the Wizards of Waverly Place cast will be signing, but it has been recently changed on the schedule and says, "Disney Channel Stars Autograph Signing." Anyways, there's a Wizards of Waverly Place presentation/show at 2:00PM, and at 4:00PM, there will be the signing. I'm curious as to what time I should get in line for the signing, since I have no clue how long the line will be to begin with. I was thinking that maybe I could run to the autograph signing after the show is done, since I have no clue when it's ending, but if it takes shorter than I think, it could be an unnecessary one to two hour wait.
Basically, my question is, what time should I get in line for the autograph signing so that I can get a good spot in line? I don't want to wait very long and I think the Expo closes at 5:00PM, but I'm not completely sure.
Thank you to anyone that helps (:
