i heard he charged and i have heard all kinds of different amounts!

I looked up The Wizard of Oz on IMDb and found the munchkin coroner's name. His name was Rad Robinson, and apparently he passed away in 1988. Are you thinking of someone else, maybe?

Meinhardt Raabe played the coroner...
after they filmed... they replaced his voice or whatever with someone elses (rad robinson's)
Meinhardt acted it out
Rad sang it...

i think someone got his auto for 15$ i beleive
