Question about via-venue

hey everyone!
i just sent a request to the black eyed peas at a concert venue here and i was just wondering how long it would take to get something back? like if i dont get anything back in 2-3 weeks will i not get anything back? thanks!

Hi Charmed
When you send via venue you normally get a reply back quite quickly, especially if you sent something to be signed. If you didn't, then chances are they might not have anything available at venue to sign.
If not they will usually forward mail onto their agent, or take it with them after the concert and mail you back from elsewhere. If this is the case it might take a bit longer.
