ITV and Channel 5 - and how long to wait? (edited)

Hello
I can't recall if This Morning or The Alan Titchmarsh Show (ITV) pass on mail. How about Live from Studio Five, anyone tried that?
Another question: how long is acceptable to wait from studios or one-off dates? I'm not sure whether to send again or whether this might be taken as a bit cheeky (obviously not intentional).
