SAE with money or a SASE?

I’m not able to buy US stamps or IRC’s in my country, so I can’t send a SASE to the USA.

What I can get is one dollar notes from the bank.

Would you advise me to send a SAE and include money ($1) to pay the postage for the recipient? Your opinion please!

Hey!
1$ won't be enough for the shipping. 3$ should be okay ;) I used to send out SAE+IRC but I wasn't very successful so now I'm sending out money instead of IRC's. The best way is to send SASE but if you can't get the stamps is money okay :).
Hope this helps a bit.
Enjoy,
Urša

I was just talking how's with the successes I received :) They do weight all the same as I use A5 envelope and send 2 photos but sometimes you see there are stamps/stickers (you get them only at the post office where they weigh the envelope before printing it) that are 2$ or 3$. Once I got a normal letter (one paper) from USA and the postage on it was 2$. Tanda already told me that according to USPS $0.98-$1.18 should be enough. I have no idea why one celebrity had to pay for a postage 1$ and another 3$ (even most of the ones I got are 2$)...But that's what happened to me so sorry if I'm wrong ;)
