IRC issue

Recently, I've ordered some IRCs for 2 Euros per item. Strangely, the items themselves do not bear any clue on what value they have. They have a small country logo (Germany, in my case), the text on them is in French.

Now my questions...
> Do they have to be stamped to show their value?
> How many IRCs will I have to send e.g. to the USA or GB for covering the return postage charge? Envelope sizes are either 8x10 or 5x8.

Thanks a lot :)

your IRC's dont have glue on them.
what you do is put them in your envelope with your LOR, photo, SAE and anythig else you are sending.
the receiver will then take the IRC's to the post office nearest to them and exchange them for postage.
its like an international coupon...

...but how many of them do you usually pack?

Hey leghorn!
I can't answer your first question. As far as I've heard it's not really necessary but we have different opinions on this one. Some say they have to be, some say they don't.
1 IRC is valid for envelopes of 20g, so it's normally best to include about 2 :)
Good luck! {thumb2}
