Before Asking an IRC Question

Since there seems to be a lot of questions concerning IRC's at the moment... please remember to check the sticky "Where can I buy IRCs, US Stamps?" (http://fanmail.biz/mboard/viewtopic.php?f=117&t=14171) A lot of your questions may be already answered. If you're still unclear about IRC's then please fee free to post your question, but check that post first.
