Multi Artist events (The Jingle Bell Ball at the O2)

Hi,
I was wondering if I sent requests for multiple artists in the same envelope for the Jingle Bell Ball at the O2 in December whether that would be OK or would it be best to send them seperately? I'd like to send to a couple of artists there at the same time (Lady Gaga, Lily Allen, and the Saturdays) so should I send them all at once or use seperate envelopes. Also at the top of the letter (obviously not sending it yet) do I just put

Lady Gaga, Lily Allen and The Saturdays
c/o The O2 etc.

because I'm not sure whether customer services pass this kind of thing on . Personally I think it would be better to have a department to send it to because the O2 is pretty big. Would be really grateful if you could help.

I'd send each in a separate envelope. That way whoever is dealing with the mail can just hand it to them, or their PA, management, etc.

Yes I would definitely suggest sending to them individually as they are not all going to be sat together in one room to go through it. And they would be way too busy to pass each letter on to the correct act. Plus you would need to include SASE's and pictures for each of them so it would just all get so mixed up! I couldn't see it working personally.

Just make sure you send the requests in plenty of time and clearly address it to the individual act and it should get to them. Good luck

The Saturdays sign through their management, so you can send to them that way.
For the other two, send invidual letters.

I emailed O2 asking them If I could send letters via Jingle Bell Ball and they said yes, they will pass on fanmail to Janet Jackson, Lady Gaga and Shakira (They're the artists Im writing to )
